UI/UX Design Internship

Job Overview

We are Inspia Technologies, and we are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Design Intern to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in UI/UX principles who is eager to learn, create, and contribute to real-world projects.

As a UI/UX Design Intern, you will collaborate with developers and the product team to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences. You will be responsible for translating project requirements into clean, elegant design mockups that ensure a seamless user experience across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Strategy Support: Assist in conducting basic user research, analysis, and ideation to understand user needs.
• User-Centered Design: Help create wireframes, user flows, and site maps aligned with project goals.
• Prototyping & Interaction: Develop mockups and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers to maintain design feasibility and consistency.
• Usability Feedback: Participate in usability testing and help refine designs based on feedback.
• Presentation Skills: Prepare and present design concepts and prototypes to the internal team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of UI/UX design principles, visual design, and best practices.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in at least one major design tool (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Design Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your design process, creativity, and attention to detail (academic, personal, or freelance projects are welcome).
• Problem-Solving: Ability and eagerness to tackle design challenges with a user-centered approach.
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and product managers.
