Job Overview
We are Inspia Technologies, seeking an experienced and strategic Full-Time Social Media Strategy Manager to drive the decent, organic growth of our social media accounts. This is a remote, freelance opportunity designed for a professional who excels at strategy and planning, focusing purely on what to communicate and when.
You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the high-level social media roadmap. You will work closely with our in-house graphics team (managing all visual content) and our posting assistant (ensuring timely execution) to maintain a consistent, engaging, and growth-driven brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and growth objectives.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver high-quality visual and written content.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to optimize performance and stay ahead.
- Oversee daily posting, engagement, and community management to build an active audience.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (if applicable) for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online reputation.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers, partners, or communities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven professional experience as a Social Media Manager, Strategist, or similar role.
- Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.), their audiences, and strategies for organic growth.
- Strategic Focus: Emphasis on strategy development, content architecture, and calendar planning rather than daily execution.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient with social media analytics tools to track performance and guide strategy.
- Communication: Excellent written communication and the ability to collaborate with a remote team.
- Freelance Mindset: Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage deliverables independently within deadlines.
