Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives (posts, carousels, banners, etc.)
• Assist in creating brand assets, marketing materials, and promotional graphics
• Collaborate with the social media and content team to bring ideas to life visually
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, and color usage
• Work on basic video edits, reels, or motion graphics (if skilled)
• Take feedback constructively and iterate designs accordingly
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and social media formats

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in graphic design or a related field
• Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Figma is a plus)
• Creativity: Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory
• Portfolio: Must have a portfolio showcasing design work (social media preferred)
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Communication: Clear communication and openness to feedback
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro)
