Jr. SEO Executive Job in India at Inspia Technologies is a full-time remote opportunity for SEO professionals with 1 year of experience.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. SEO Executive with a foundational understanding of search engine optimization to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates with around 1 year of SEO experience who are eager to enhance their skills in organic growth, website optimization, and performance-driven SEO strategies.

You will support the execution of SEO initiatives aimed at improving search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic, and strengthening overall online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for content optimization and organic ranking growth across search engines.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize on-page elements including meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags (H1–H6), URL structures, image alt texts, and internal linking to improve visibility and relevance.
• Off-Page SEO: Assist in ethical link-building activities such as guest posting outreach, backlink profile monitoring, and identifying high-authority referring domains.
• Technical SEO: Identify, analyze, and report technical SEO issues including broken links, crawl errors, indexation issues, page speed bottlenecks, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals.
• Content Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with content writers and designers to ensure blogs, landing pages, and website content are SEO-friendly, keyword-optimized, and aligned with search intent.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor websites to analyze keyword rankings, content strategies, backlink profiles, and overall SEO performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Reporting & Analytics: Assist in preparing weekly and monthly SEO performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools to track traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) – Basic Exposure (Preferred): Support optimization of content for answer-based search results, featured snippets, FAQs, and AI-driven search responses by structuring content clearly and concisely.
• GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) – Basic Exposure (Preferred): Assist in optimizing content to improve visibility across AI-powered search and generative platforms by focusing on topical authority, semantic relevance, and structured content formats.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO (projects, internships, or freelance work).
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Ubersuggest.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how CMS platforms (like WordPress) work from an SEO perspective.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills for content optimization and outreach.
• Curiosity: A strong desire to stay updated with the ever-changing landscape of SEO and search engine algorithms.
