Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and tenacious Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3-4 years of experience specializing in the full sales cycle for comprehensive IT Services (Web/Mobile Development, SEO, Digital Marketing). This role requires a strong focus on International Sales and proficiency with professional sales tools. The core responsibility is to find leads, secure meetings, and close the entire deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Qualification
- Market Research: Conduct targeted research to identify and qualify high-potential international businesses requiring IT services.
- Platform Mastery: Strategically leverage and utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for sophisticated lead generation and professional outreach.
- Freelance Platforms: Proactively source and engage clients on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr by presenting compelling service proposals.
- Outbound Strategy: Initiate and execute effective outbound campaigns (cold email, cold calling, social selling) to establish the first point of contact with decision-makers.
- CRM Data Entry: Accurately input all new lead data and activity details into the CRM system from the initial prospecting stage.
2. Meeting Management & Nurturing
- Secure Meetings: Successfully transition qualified leads into scheduled discovery meetings and formal presentations to discuss our IT service offerings.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough virtual meetings to understand the client’s business objectives, pain points, technical requirements, and budget constraints.
- Solution Presentation: Articulate the value proposition of our specific IT services (e.g., how a custom mobile app will solve their operational efficiency issues) and present tailored solutions.
- Relationship Building: Nurture prospects through ongoing communication, providing relevant case studies, and building trust to move them closer to the proposal stage.
3. Deal Closure & Negotiation
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams (where necessary) to create and present compelling, competitive, and accurate proposals/Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Strong Negotiation: Employ strong communication and negotiation skills to address client objections, clarify terms, and finalize pricing to achieve a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Contract Finalization: Successfully navigate the final stages of the sales cycle, secure contract signing, and facilitate the smooth handover of the project to the execution team.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for closed deals and revenue generation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3-4 years in B2B sales with a proven track record of closing entire deals for IT Services (Web/App Development, Digital Marketing).
- Sales Focus: Significant experience (high percentage) in International Sales is a critical requirement.
- Tools Proficiency: Mandatory hands-on experience using CRM Systems and active usage of LinkedIn and platforms like Upwork/Fiverr for business acquisition.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for professional international client interaction.
- Negotiation & Closing: Demonstrated expertise in complex negotiation, objection handling, and consistently meeting sales targets.
- IT Services Knowledge: Deep understanding of the technology services being sold to confidently discuss technical requirements with prospects.
Compensation & Terms
- Nature of Role: Full-time, Remote.
- Payment: ₹30,000 per month (Fixed Salary) + Incentives.
